Dermal fillers are injectable gels used to restore volume to areas of the face and are placed below the skin’s surface to provide smoother skin and more youthful contours.

As well as providing volume, some can replicate the actions of naturally occurring sugar molecules, attracting and holding water to assist with skin hydration.

Dermal fillers can be used to add volume to larger areas such as the cheeks and jawline or to tweak smaller areas such as the lips and around the mouth as well as around the brow. They can also be used in conjunction with anti-wrinkle infections or other treatments to restore skin tone for a whole of face rejuvenation.

Treatment areas include:

  • Eye area – crow’s feet, under-eye circles and bags, glabellar (the vertical line between the eyes), brows and temples to help your eye area look bright and refreshed, without appearing ‘over-done’.
  • Cheeks – lift to cheeks and nasolabial folds (between the nose and corner of the mouth) to restore youthful volume.
  • Lips – fullness and definition as well as marionette lines (from the corner of your mouth down to your chin) for a natural-looking enhancement.
  • Face shape – as well as the cheeks, the chin and jawline can be treated to redefine facial contours.
